This is the absolute worst company I have ever encountered. I worked for them as a recruiter for over 2.5 years. I never received a verbal or written warning for any reason. I was suddenly terminated out of the blue due to "unsatisfactory performance". HKA did not offer performance reviews, job training, career planning/development, salary increase, or anything to help you succeed. I often went months without talking to my boss. This gave me no direction or guidance, so it is no surprise I wasn't doing as well as other recruiters. Instead of meeting with me and letting me know I need to show improvement, I was terminated to be an example to other recruiters. My boss even gave warning to other recruiters after I was fired. They were warned. How is that fair? This company needs to seriously reevaluate their mission and goals. The new President of the company is bottom-line driven. He doesn't care about the employees or their well being. He only cares about how much profit the company is gaining. He is a terrible leader and he been a negative influence on all management. They are all like this now. Thank you for terminating me HKA. Thank you for releasing me from working from the WORST COMPANY I have ever encountered.
