Miserable place to work. Constant turnover, an employee leaves or is let go each week. “We’re growing” is a lie, they are always hiring because they can’t keep butts in seats. Why don’t employees stick around? Employees are not valued, the atmosphere is as painful and leadership lacks the ability to lead. There is zero development of employees, feedback and coaching is non existent. When I asked my director for suggestions on how to improve, I was told “That’s not my job.” “Opportunities” are given when someone quits and they need another warm body to bill hours or save face with the client. Performance reviews are a joke. Ratings are low without reason. Feedback on what you did wrong can’t be shared because it’s “confidential”. Some accounts have gotten so big, client billing is a lot of smoke and mirrors. You are expected to work all the time. Nights, weekends, overnight, while on PTO. There is no such thing as a sick day or a vacation day. You can be billing 60 hours a week and it’s unacceptable to be at capacity. In fact, your capacity isn’t a consideration. You will you ever get thanked for bending over backwards over and over again. And last... There are some really mean people who have a lot of power. It costs nothing to be nice, being mean is a choice.
