Pros
Good co-workers to work with and make friends. David is a great boss, I would advise him to do as that show" uncovered boss" to see what really happens to the employees over there.
Cons
Internal toxic environment, everybody with a giant ego is allowed to be a boss. there is a useless project manager that makes you stay working sometimes until 10 pm, no they don't pay you for this. They have "flexible time" which is not really real, you're always paying your "free time" back.
