Cons
Chaotic environment with no central infrastructure plan, legacy processes geared towards mom n pop cultures, with few senior leaders with any people management experience. Punitive, retaliatory and infused with toxic positivity not reflective of actual work experience. A few exceptional leaders within departments have great skills, but can't or won't speak to those who punish and track behind the scenes to build cases for performance criticism where no evidence exists.
