* More often than not HR supports the employees * Decent benefits * Ability to move within the company
Cons
* Poor pay and raises vs responsibilities and expectations * Poor management * HR is unwilling to deal with bad management in an appropriate manner * HR's unwillingness to deal with bad management results in high turnover (hope you like meeting new coworkers often) * Company as a whole does NOT live up to the core values they have plastered all over the place * No loyalty or respect for those that give their all
