Pros
GREAT People and company culture; HMH is one of the top Edtech companies. The employee resources groups are great and helps everyone feel inclusive with the company culture. Our National Sales Meeting is very fun, informative, and collaborative. You also get a company credit card. Work-life balance is 10/10.
Cons
For inside sales, base pay is lower compared to competitors. If you’re in a state where our products are not on the state-approved list, you will struggle to hit quota. Our Literacy products are great (over 50% win rate), but our Math, Science & Social Studies programs are hard to win with consistently.
