There was high stress sometimes

General office culture is great, people enjoy each other. When the business is thriving there is an open generosity with time and "office treats". You'll make friends there.

There is a "boys club" feel when it comes to promotions and job assignments. There are certain employees that seem to have 100% job security no matter how effective or ineffective they are at their job. Having Architects run a business during hard times isn't fun.
