Pros
Was working as an outsource from the company in the early development of a new bank. Fair and reliable employer. Interesting project and you can tell the company is well known and familiar to many places, providing their consulting and outsource services.
Cons
An average payroll and is a project based company which for me did not matter but not suited for people who are looking for start-ups.
