Pros
The atmosphere is great and the training was more than sufficient. I’m loving the job itself and each day is different. I know which areas my strengths lie and what I need to work on and this comes with the constant guidance and help from the directors. The team and the ambiance is faultless, hands down the best working environment I have encountered.
Cons
One thing just form my teaching background I would have more breaks to help digest the information with my initial training.
