      Pros

      happy place to work, treated with respect. They have a system for sales that seems to work. They have constant training processes (twice a week minimum)

      Cons

      no place to hide, you either sell or you are out. Very short notice period. You are responsible for your own success.

      Pros

      High salaries, people are considerate and take time to help each other out. Good scope for career progress if you network and make yoursaelf visible in the company.

      Cons

      The beauraucracy slows the pace of work significantly and often the managers are not very concerned about the growth in knwoledge and skills sets of employees
