Pros

Pay was good — but NOT worth it.

The management are easily the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They are exceptionally rude and discriminatory, treat their staff with very little respect, and have very bad relations with their clients as a result of their poor attitudes. They have repeatedly expressed the desire to return to office full time, despite promising to remain hybrid, and despite the fact that the office environment is incredibly oppressive. No one talks to each other for the whole day — even on my first day, I was sat at a desk and ignored for the whole day. Management also show obvious discriminatory behaviours towards certain employees — namely those who have expressed difficulties with the company. I unfortunately bore witness to this and then became targeted myself. All of this might have been barely manageable if not for the fact that the work itself is awful. I ended up being made to perform work that was completely different to my job description, and then berated when I pointed this out and accused of being a bad team player. Since leaving, I have had multiple staff members both past and present who have agreed that the company was and is awful. It’s also incredibly obvious that some employees were forced to write good reviews on Glassdoor, as multiple 5 star reviews were posted on the same day in May. Even if you’re desperate, I would recommend not joining this company. Since leaving, I have had to undergo trauma therapy due to the ill treatment I received, and I wish I could go back and tell my past self to not even give it a chance. You are worth more than this job and the treatment you will receive as an employee.
