      Pros

      Logical and competent with strong business sense. Some very competent engineers in all areas of expertise. The company is very good at getting new work.

      Cons

      If you are on overhead (not chargeable) you will not be around too long. This is a consequence of being commercially driven so it is the reverse side of having rigid performance rules.
