Pros
Pay is generally higher than comparable type engineering companies; they are laser focused on which clients and markets to pursue.
Cons
Too much focus on short term metrics on business performance like TOJ and backlog for next week. Too many internal meetings and local management doesn't understand all markets and clients that it operates in. Oh, and there aren't any engineering companies that expect you to wear a tie around the office.
