      - Well established company & interesting projects to work on - Great folks to work with & also good work/life Balance - Insurance/Benefits on day 1 - Webinars/Resources readily available for professional growth. - Internal Career Development Plan (CDP) to ensure you are going in the right direction within the company and career interests

      Cons

      401K matching could be a little bit better, but they offer the Employee Owned Stock Plan to make up for it. Other than this, none so far

      Great people, company cares about their employees, tuition assistance was huge

      Cons

      Work is sometimes slow, designers don’t use project controls to fill potential, working with DOT could be tough
