Pros
Great place to gain experience, if you're already very experienced they will bring you in as an AVP or above, those people have amazing incentives.
Cons
No career path, people will not correct issues, ineffective management, not willing to pay for experience. Managers just keeps their heads down so they can collect a paycheck and not be bothered. Trying to change the status quo here is the kiss of death. Ever seen Mad Men? Yeah.....
