      Great people on the business side that is open to HR suggestions. Very conservative culture if that is what you prefer in an HR opportunity. Overall, the company hires good people in HR.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover in HR that borders around 40%+. Favoritism that is detrimental to a stable productive environment causing good HR people to exit.
