      Great coworkers and benefits but that's about it

      Cons

      No continuing training for employees. Lots of weak leadership and no vision for the future. Stuck in the past and slow processes to accomplish jobs for clients have no desire to become more efficient and leverage certain programs to produce the best product for the client.
