Pros
Very diverse company with ranges of gender, age, and race. Great location above the train station so you don’t even have to go outside from the train. Close to shops and restaurants during your lunch or after. Great work/life balance with flexible hours and great management. Have the ability to work from different offices for vacations or convenience. Great culture of recognition and holiday parties. Seems to do great career growth investment, though I didn’t participate. I saw the higher ups constantly and they knew me.
Cons
It’s an engineering company so if you’re not an engineer, there is not too many avenues for growth. It’s also a big, national company, so many offices have their own culture, roles, and processes. Could be better or worse than your office.
