Well know in the industry because they've been around for awhile.
Cons
The company is known for big projects but you'll never work on them because they don't have a development program. Same old project managers work on all the projects and don't trust others and are allowed to do whatever they want. Arrogance and elitist behavior is rampant. Blaming environment.
