Employee-owned, they seem to try to listen to their teams and plan ahead, secure jobs, and win over repeat clients. Recently improving efforts to expand into earning NEW client business.
Cons
Not many to speak of. The annual requirement for compliance trainings seems a bit overkill, but they may be simply following state/federal requirements (beyond their control).
