Pros
Work from home, company provided most equipment necessary to do the job.
Cons
Did not have a set schedule. Had to start early on West coast to support team on East coast and still had to work until at least 5 or 6 pm West coast time. Company insisted that they required employees to take vacations, but complained when time was taken and questioned timing of vacations.
