Pros
Really enjoy working at HNTB. The people who work there are talented, driven, and great team members. The firm has a great range of projects and there's almost always something new you can try. Pay is competitive.
Cons
Sometimes management can be a bit disconnected, and firm is/was trying to move back to full-time in office, which is pretty outdated. Health insurance isn't the best and PTO is mediocre.
