Pros
Genuine investment in career growth from managers down. Culture of wanting to network internally, lots of folks are open to meet up and support you. Culture wants to facilitate employee social events. Manager and team was very understanding and supportive when I had to take FMLA and when a family situation came up that required I work remotely for an extended period of time. Paid Overtime. ComPsych employee benefit provides six sessions of free therapy/counseling per year.
Cons
Our team was always understaffed compared to the amount of work we had to meet, leading to late days and nights being common. Culture doesn’t force you to work overtime, but there’s almost an unspoken understanding that you will when deadlines come.
