Pros
The pay and benefits including vacation at HNTB are top notch. I loved the company for the first 3-4 years I was employed there because I was made to feel like I was making a difference and was valued by the company.
Cons
In a misguided attempt to make the Chairman of the Board richer before he retires (he needs to GO), HNTB has been chasing pipe dreams. Morale is down and people no longer feel like valuable contributers. There is no long-term or big picture thinking going on currently. It is all how can we make today the most profitable regardless if it hurts the company in the long run.
