Pros
Great benefits, great co-workers as long as you are in the right position. The company is owned by a larger corporate company and will probably be a better place to work once all those benefits are passed down.
Cons
Not a lot of room for advancement or growth unless you want to move. Even when a position opens up, they still look outside of the company for candidates. Unless you are hourly, there is no work/life balance, expect you to work overtime, 6-7 days a week, and don't offer comp time. They also have very limited holidays which don't include Memorial day or Labor day, even though the office is closed - you are expected to take a vacation day.
