      Pros

      Great coworkers, lots of room to grow, collaborative environment, small team. Lots of committees or additional roles are available to expand your knowledge base and grow outside of your immediate team. WFH 2 days per week. Interesting projects. No dramatic hierarchies. Relatively little overtime.

      Cons

      Corporate structure makes implementing change harder. Constant time drought - very difficult to find time to complete tasks that are not directly related to a client.
