      Pros

      Flexible and extensive PTO. Hybrid and flexible schedule. Big Corporation with large resources for work development. Usually, very friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      The management is overworking the employees, there's no real leadership, and it is snowballing onto all the projects in the studio. A massive exodus is happening because leadership only cares about their wages/reputation and is unwilling to invest in nor recognize hard work in lower levels. The corporate structure (CEO and high administration) does not seem to care about the lack of real leadership affecting the studio.

      Incredibly high design standards. Significant world class projects. Remarkably collaborative culture and people.

      You need to be committed to the work - not necessarily a con.

      Pros

      Great overall office culture in Atlanta. Health benefits are average for a larger firm. Good mentorship program and lots of tools at your disposal form day one. Structured hybrid 2/3 work schedule.

      Cons

      Favoritism in Atlanta Interiors is evident. Exclusionary in some regards to people who don't quite fit in. Resource planning is fly by night and unstructured, causing some people to be over worked while others just coast by. Work agreements between office locations prevents ease of resource scheduling. Pay is sub-par for a firm of this size. CEO partnership is a joke, old school mentality keeping the firm from having a single female CEO. Path to advancement is not clear at most levels.
