      Acess to many resources Large team so many people with more experience to help with questions Interesting variety of projects with big brands

      Cons

      Lots of turnover- Many people have been fired within the year No work life balance - Expect you to work all night if need be Horrible client management- the clients walk all over us and demand unreasonable deliverables and senior staff has no skill in managing their expectations or negotiating Will not get you help when you telll them you need help to meet a deadline even though they tell you to "raise you hand" if you are overwhelmed or need help From my research and asking around to other firms the salary is lower than most

      Pros

      Great overall office culture in Atlanta. Health benefits are average for a larger firm. Good mentorship program and lots of tools at your disposal form day one. Structured hybrid 2/3 work schedule.

      Cons

      Favoritism in Atlanta Interiors is evident. Exclusionary in some regards to people who don't quite fit in. Resource planning is fly by night and unstructured, causing some people to be over worked while others just coast by. Work agreements between office locations prevents ease of resource scheduling. Pay is sub-par for a firm of this size. CEO partnership is a joke, old school mentality keeping the firm from having a single female CEO. Path to advancement is not clear at most levels.
