      Pros

      Chief Experience Officer is great in structuring assignments and can provide strong guidance to the team.... the team has become very lean and mean and able to achieve many things thought not possible to achieve. Lots of interesting high profile projects - recently won international awards and team was credited - it was not all glory on the bosses Can learn a lot of new things from different projects

      Lots of conflicts, uncertainty and micromanagement in the tech team by the Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Dodge the bullet and stay far away. The company has about 150 fake employees on linkedin at this point of writing, likely bought online. Don't ever trust any thing good from this company, or even good future reviews, as there is a high chance that it is bought as well.

      Unfortunately, this is a FAKE review that Glassdoor for some weird reason, refuse to remove. This person does not work for HOL as he is not aware of the reporting structure and the responsibilities of our management team. Our Chief Growth Officer does not manage the tech team directly as this is under the purview of our Chief Design Officer, and subsequently our Chief Experience Officer and Creative Lead. Also, just to clarify, we do not control the people who tagged themselves as HOL Employees at LinkedIn. We have also flagged this to LinkedIn, but is not within our control.
