      Pros

      Most people are really good people who want to do the right thing. Values Based Leadership helps to guide the employees to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Changes in executive leadership are creating too many shifts in direction. Very apparent change in older regime versus newer regime. The jury's still out if the HOLT kids will treat employee's fairly

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
