      Pros

      Pay is decent compared to other jobs doing the same thing.

      Cons

      Management isn't honest, trying to move to a different position in the company is a waste of time. they give technician jobs to kids right out of high school but won't take employees that have been already working there for 2+ years.

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
