      Everything is fine until it gets slightly busy or backed up the management flips out

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
