      Pros

      Company pays good wages and has decent benefits.

      Cons

      They seem to favor original Holt employees over the original Darr employess. Darr management treated everyone much better than the Holt managment team does.

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
