      Pros

      Health Insurance, Christmas Bonus, and 4% company match 401K . Only work for Service, Sales or corporate.

      Cons

      Do not work in part if you don’t want to be running around for 10 hours a day. The Little Elm parts store has a high turnover rate, the manager sucks, and need to be let go. People talk behind each others backs. Do not pay enough and manager does not give raises in parts. Also you only move up when you kiss as or know people.

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
