      Staff is friendly management is great health insurance is great, but very pricey job is simple and very rewarding Honestly, best job I've had so far

      Cons

      The pay is barely livable. Absolutely not a living wage unless you have a partner to share bills with. I understand that finding the funds to pay your employees can be difficult but I feel like it isn't even important to upper management.
