Pros
I wore so many hats while working at HOPES. One of the great things about wearing so many hats at HOPES was the fact that I was able to build on my skills. Also, everyone gets along s well, and co-workers are always willing to lend a helping hand. HOPES also offered so much training, mentoring, and coaching.
Cons
The only problem is it can be a but much in terms of getting observed by our master teacher from the district. That was very stressful and quite depressing. I wasn't too thrilled about getting observed every single week.
