The company lacks in specified work pattern . Departmental Heads & Top management have different expectations and as result mid and junior level employees suffers alot .Even work allocated doesn't corresponds to offered profile. No bond culture becomes a con as they threaten usually threatned that you might be fired without any specific triggers /warnings.
