Constantly marginalized and neglected even when reaching out for support. Training is absolutely subpar and excludes many necessary job tasks that the employee has to be responsible for yet isn't informed of. There is a distinct and clear favoritism towards the Indian culture in the office that borders on discrimination to anyone not Indian. Wages are very low for the positions offered. They will take advantage of everything you give them and want more while not respecting your time.
