For mature, well-established brokers with no desire to accumulate long-term value in a business and only geared to short-term turnover.
Cons
Businesses based on feudalistic, one-man enterprises and there is little motivation to build the franchise across enterprises. Strategy is opaque and has a three-month horizon at best. Little employee loyalty.
