The CEO was very positive and had no issue taking risks, but he surrounded self with experienced talent. You had plenty of support for your job.

There was not much latitude in how your job was accomplished unless you were in the inner circle. They were the ones that had worked together for many years and had their way of accomplishing tasks, not looking for much input.
