Pros

- Had amazing co-workers in our department during my time in this company and it was never a dull moment working with the team. I've had struggles keeping up with the projects before, nonetheless, my efforts were still valued and recognized by them. - Somehow enjoyed working on few interesting projects and side projects.

Cons

- Salary is awfully low, below industry standard. Can't even feel the increase. Overtime sometimes doesn't get counted either. - Management doesn't get their priorities straight. So many unnecessary and unfair changes as well that doesn't go in favor to their employees. - Little to no career growth! Also expect projects to be repetitive and boring after a few months. You'll soon be able to find the right place and the right people to help you with your growth. Just don't look for it here.

Pros

If you're looking to start as a beginner, this is an alright company that will help you in terms of speed and creative decision making, but be ready to stand the gruel of the grind.

Cons

- Work-Life Balance: There is no clear line between work and home. Employees are often forced to work on revisions even after they have finished their shift for the day. - Constant Rushing: Tasks are often treated as emergencies when they aren't. Work that could wait until tomorrow is forced to be finished today. - Difficulty Taking Leave: It is too hard to take a break. Vacation Leave, requires a long notice even for just one day. - Management Blame: Leadership does not take responsibility. They often blame the team for failures and pressure people until they want to quit. - Lack of Support: Human Resources do not listen to or protect the staff. If anything they will find everything can pin on you. - Toxic Environment: The office mood has become much worse since 2025 due to changes in Operations and that specific director. - Guilt Tripping: Management uses emotional pressure to make people feel bad if they complain about how the company is run. - Privacy Issues.

Pros

- Met really creative artists here - Exposure to different kinds of projects - Fast employment process - Fast-paced environment

Cons

- Fast employment process means a high employee turnover rate - High turnover rate means you will be assigned to many roles due to a lack of employees and you will expect to manage the turnover files from one person to another regularly - No role definition means messy outputs - Low Salary - Fast-paced environment means no work-life balance - Micromanagement to the fullest. They will ask you to open your camera and screen-share your screen during work hours. - Bad upper management, HR malpractice. The management does not have enough corporate experience to make a difference. Borderline unprofessional - QAs are not really QAs but just "guards"; they don't do any design quality assurance, they monitor employee behavior instead. These QA practices are unnecessary and should be under HR or better yet just find a solution to the messy and non existent "company culture" - Clients beware. They exploit the designers and won't communicate their lack of manpower. They will hire people to meet your needs, but won't take enough time to really train or screen them. Your sales representative will leave you, your artists will change, and you will regret it.
