Chill job - Quality Inspector HQ Pack Employee Review

Entrepeneurial, lots of freedom, lots of investments in buildings and equipment,

No clear management directions, that needs to be improved. More focus to the employees.

I really enjoyed the work I did and the people I worked with for the amount of time I was there.

They bring you on as a temp with the understanding you will be hired on after 6 months and then they leave you in the dark and dont hire you on or give you any updates or communication. They cut a lot of positions recently and seem to be financially struggling and on a downward trend. The manager is very rude and she doesnt know how to communicate with people.
