During my tenure, the leadership at HR Duo displayed a reluctance to adapt crucial business processes proactively, limiting our team, and ability to seise opportunities. I observed a lack of communication, accountability, and vision delivery within the leadership, which hindered team cohesion and overall effectiveness and employee satisfaction throughout 2023. These critical shortcomings in leadership significantly differentiated HR Duo from effective leadership practices. Despite these issues, our team's accomplishments and successes remain noteworthy and shouldn't be overshadowed by these drawbacks.
