This company has huge turn over due to terribly pay scale to employees, the only people making any money at this company are the executives. I worked a ton of over time for one calendar year (Over 500 hours to be exact) and was handed a $100.00 bonus at the end of the year.
They generally hire young people out of school, pay low wages, get as much out of them as possible, feed them full of “Management Propaganda”, after a year the person leaves and they hire someone new to replace and repeat.
They due “Low End” type of projects, as mentioned they have a tremendous amount of turn over.
If you have no-where else to go, and you want to gain experience I could perhaps see going there, but would actively look for another job during my employment.
