      Pros

      Very supportive organisation with a great team dynamic. Also has fantastic career progression opportunities, I have worked for the company since it started in 2010 and for the family since 2007. It is a very family orientated company and I can honestly say I look forward to going to work each day.

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of its a great place to work.

      None! you are worked to the bone for minimum wage Business owner speaks to you like you are trash

      Cons

      Terrible pay Long hours with overtime pay No support from management especially the business owner Business owner only cares about making sure that clients pay on time to cover her brand new porsche car! whilst staff are struggling Thinks that bringing in 50p donuts from Morrisons is employee engagement and motivation

      Flexibele werkgever, mogelijkheid om zelf je tijd in te delen. Werk-privebalans is hier erg goed. Het hele kantoor werkt thuis, dus eigenaarschap is een must.

      Cons

      Te weinig diversiteit. Weinig tot geen aandacht voor vitaliteit en psychologische veiligheid.
