      Pros

      No pros only cons. Never even if you don't have any choice, join this company. Its better to study a bit more and get selected somewhere else.

      Cons

      They treat you like a machine and the founder is a cheat.Never keeps his word.

      Pros

      The office space was nice. Some mentors were nice

      Cons

      Stipends aren't paid in full. The founder had the cops called on him once because he fired someone on the spot. No contracts are signed so you aren't legally his employee so he can say no to paying you whenever and fire you. Has happened and will happen.
