      Some truly lovely people at all levels.

      Cons

      The above is only relevant if your face fits and you exceed every financial target and KPI every week/month. The second this changes, toxic micromanagement sets in, which has bred a system of lying amongst the recruiters even up to management/principal level.

      Pros

      Supportive environment, clear career progression if you want it, excellent benefits package with 38 days holiday, great commission scheme. Open communication from leaders. Flexible working.

      Cons

      None. Recruitment is a tough job and not for everyone due to the level of resilience and hard work required. HRC supports people who work hard and helps them improve when needed.
