Awful place to work - Associate Recruitment Consultant HRC Recruitment Employee Review

Toxic work environment. Micro-management happening constantly. Management behaviour was horrible, created the toxic work environment and very unprofessional. Heavily KPI driven to the point of Daily/ weekly and monthly targets which were highly unachievable in certain markets. Low base salaries and full of false promises. Very high staff turn over which is not surprising. Would avoid this work place at all costs if you are straight out of university and looking to start your career.
