Collaboration and communication are heavily prioritized, resulting in easy team bonding and succeeding in different tasks that are given to you. Growth exists in and out of work hours, and I truly think I've become a better team player and person working here. There are endless opportunities to explore and learn about different industries. There are countless chances to take initiative and do great things for the team. Feedback and constructive criticism will be given when asked at all times, and will also provide alternative solutions to increase overall performance. You are working in a fast-paced environment, and although there may be challenges, it's necessary to grow and learn further. Overall, every day is different, and I learn new things and become a better person than I once was. If a company impacts you in such a positive way, then the company is doing the right thing.
