Dedicated Co-Workers, Family Atmosphere, Some Fun Times

Very Picky and selective with growth within company. They told me new opportunities were becoming available and after learning everything I can and waiting 3 years for a promotion they found excuses to not move me up each time, and instead put their favorites before me. One of the managers kept it real with me and actually told me to look other places for advancement because its their culture to help their friends, if your not in the inner circle, good luck! I have seen upper management gang up and demolish a person if your not in the circle. I have seen people really go way above and beyond for what their role entitles them to do to serve guests and keep the company strong, but they dont even recognize these people. Any awards is a popularity contest, they dont take on new ideas or listen to lower end employees even if its a simple way to solve a major issue. Ive witness them spend more money on stuff that was a simple fix its quite funny. During my time they stop providing lunch for the employees to eat so if you work overnight or busy turning over rooms and cant afford the expensive tourist spots they give you a discount on their already expensive food to make up the difference which sucks because then you have to order it and eat it at a certain time and poor overnight staff never get anything...they cut the Christmas party for the staff to only focus on managers that get everything already.

Bad HR. FOM has got 9 out of 12 people ti quit or fired in last 6 months. Under staffed. Petty. Most of staff doesn't like FD management
